Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Energy Efficiency Technicians to join our team. This role involves working with homeowners to improve the energy efficiency of their homes through various techniques and services. Successful candidates will be provided with paid training to equip them with the necessary skills, and we offer multiple perks and opportunities for advancement.
As an Energy Efficiency Technician, you will:
- Work in homes to install energy-efficient systems, weatherization products, and perform other energy-saving services
- Travel to various job sites and clients, with all travel expenses covered including food and accommodation
- Communicate effectively with homeowners about energy efficiency solutions
- Inspect attics, roofs, and other areas for improvement
- Use hand tools and other equipment to perform the necessary installations and repairs

Strong Knowledge of Hand Tools and the ability to use them safely and effectively

Excellent Communication Skills with homeowners, ensuring customer satisfaction
